1. Create new documents File - New
|
 |
|
2. Open Photo. File - Open
|
 |
|
3. Copy photo:
File - Select All
Edit - Copy
|
 |
|
4. Minimize photo. Then Edit - Paste
|
 |
|
5. Edit - Free Transform. With Free Transform we can to decrease our photo.
|
 |
|
6. Make Foreground Color as Black
|
 |
|
7. On the Layers Palette click on the Layer 1 then Add a Layer Stile - Stroke and your first frame is ready
