1. Open photo you want to work.

2. Double click on background layer and set name of layer from background to layer 0

3. Use Clone Stamp Tool to remove unwanted areas from image(ALT + click)

4. Then Filter – Noise –Dust & Scratches (with a radius = 4, Threshold = 0)

5. Now Filter – Blur – Gaussian Blur ( with Radius =2.3)

6. The next step is Filter – Noise – Add Noise ( with Amount = 0.10%, check Uniform and Monochromatic)

7. Set Background color to Black.

8. Layer – New Adjustments Layer – Hue / Saturation (with Hue = +1, Saturation = + 31, Lightness = -4)

9. Use Layer 0 ; Image – Adjustments - Levels ( with Input Levels = 29, 0.79, 243)

10. Image – Adjustments – Brightness / Contrast ( with brightness = +12, Contrast = +4)

11. Image – Adjustments – Levels ( with Input Levels = 28, 1.07, 242)
