1. Open new Photoshop document ( Width =500 Height = 500 Resolution = 72 Background = Transparent ).

2. With Horizontal Type Tool write what you want to be your watermark

3. Double click on your layer and set Fill Opacity = 51

4. Layers – Add a Layer Stile - Bevel and Emboss ( Style – Inner Bevel, Technique – Smooth )

5. Save your document as Photoshop document

6. Open your image

7. File –Place – Watermark document

8. Layers – Soft Light
