Rules And Regulation

The competition consists of 3 stages. That is, qualifying, semi final and final. Each stage will be given a different design theme to compete as follows:

Qualifying Theme - My Home
Semi Theme - Traditional Art
Final Theme - Poster To Promote One Product / Service

Qualification Criteria

1. To join the competition

Fill in the application form
Login 7Creation.Com website
Click "Upload Work" tab
Each Participant can submit unlimited artworks
Note: The original design layer must be submitted to the organizers only when the artwork has been announced as winners
(See submission method below)

2. Graphic Format:

Extension: PNG | JPG | GIF | PSD
File size: Less than 1.5 MB per artwork
Dimension: 700 x 350 pixels (Landscape)

Disqualification Criteria

Work that has previously won an award in another competition or one that has been announced a winner.
Work that is same as or similar to work already published.
Work infringes on copyright, industrial property right or other right of other work.
The organizers reserve all rights to reject any submitted work deem improper without further notification and or explanation
The organizers reserve all rights to ban / block any malicious member deem improper without further notification and or explanation

Eligibility

Any individual or group, from any design field, anywhere in the world, may enter the competition. In addition to that, the sponsor, judges, their family members, or those whose works are joint creations with either the sponsor or any of the judges, are not eligible. Also, registered participant must be 20 and above. For our interested friends under 18, your art work can be a joint creation with any registered participant to be eligible. Hence, everyone can join.

Novelty

All entries must be newly created for the competition, and unpublished.
The term 'Unpublished' is defined as follows:

Not commercialized as marketable products
Not presented to the public for sale
Not posted in newspapers, magazines, websites etc.
(Works posted on an official bulletin to secure the author's intellectual property rights will be regarded as 'Unpublished'.)
Entries must remain 'Unpublished' until official announcement of winners by the organizers officially online.

Submission Method

In order to authenticate the authorship and ownership of the artwork submitted, the design source / layers must be submitted to the organizers.

Use the upload feature in the "Upload Work" tab, after login, or
Via FTP upload (Account: ftp.7creation.com, Username: 7creation2, Password: onlyupload)

(Kindly remind us via email about the ftp upload) This is for our cross matching purpose.
Note : No size limit for design source / layers upload; via FTP upload

Points Allocation

Everyone, inclusive of anonymous visitors, is free to vote any art work they like. Overall points will be allocated in the following proportion:

Annonymous (5%)
Member (5%)
Sponsors (90%)

Anonymous member will be honoured with unlimited stars to vote.
Registered member will be honoured with 10 stars to vote
Sponsored member will be honoured with 5 stars to vote
Best 20 Participants will enter into the semi final stage, and the best 10 participants in the semi final will enter into the final stage.
