• Participants are not limited by factors such as nationality, boundaries, location, age, skills, experience, creativities, etc. it is an open competition.
  
  
• The works you submit for the competition become and are the exclusive property of the organizers. The work you submit for the competition shall be your own original authorship or creation. Any and all intellectual property rights arising from or related to the work are deemed to be a Work Made for Hire and shall be the exclusive property of the organizers. Without limiting for foregoing, to the extent that any works may be deemed not to be a Work Made for Hire, you shall assign and hereby do assign, to the organizers any and all right, title, and interest in the Materials without compensation;
  
  
• You hereby waive all moral rights of attribution and integrity relating to the materials; and
  
  
• Upon the request of the organizers, without further compensation, you shall sign any documents which are necessary to assign, transfer, or otherwise vest any and all intellectual property rights in the works to the organizers.
